But i have difficulty to find the necessary data/info-I am looking for :

-Median house price(from 1990 to now,July 2014)
-Price to income(from 1990 to now,July 2014)

I wrote to Euro-stat(official statistic agency for EU) for EU.................and nothing
So do you know, where i can find this data/info,because is vital for my report.
P.S
I just finished the same report but for USA-it is not very difficult to find this data-a lot of working agencies, private agencies, group of realtors in USA..............but for Europe is very different picture.
Thanks to everyone
Unfortunately it i very difficult to find the the data and i don't know why(very easy for USA,Australia,Canada,Hong Kong........)
Now i am looking for price to income

You can probably find some of what you're looking for on Eurostat:
Not sure how price to income is calculated, but the statistics org doesn't seem to publish this data. The closest match I could find was cost of housing/income. That is between 24%-26%, depending on location.
Eurostat have only house price index and not even for all countries(i find them from other sources) and a lot of useless statistics but not the important
I found a median household income in the European countries....................but no data for:
-Median house price and trends(to see what is the actual growth or decrease)
-Price to income(to understand are the properties over/under/normal valuated)-so normal standing or indication of property bubble(i don't know why my first thought was for California)))))
-Price to rent(Same as above)
-Median rent(To see the trends, often in one countries the price are decreasing but the rents are stable)
-Vacancy rate(Very good indicator for current standing of the property market)
I found some of this data for UK and Ireland..............but nothing for the other countries
P.S
Almost all statistical agency are useless-they have only house index and nothing more(useful).
