Yeah, I doubt that, it seems like propaganda the Russians made up. There's no way France(only around 7% Muslim) could have 1 in 6 of its citizens support ISIS.

It's true. I'm trying to see this in that way. It's true that a lot of Muslims aren't so ardent and quite laid-back. But those guys, who did a certain thing in Boston weren't religious at first.

Yeah, but how likely is it that ALL French Muslims support ISIS in addition to quite a few Christian Frenchies. Seems quite unlikely to me.
That plus the fact that Rossiya Segodnya paid for the survey (according to the webpage of ICM Research) leads me into thinking that this is bogus and most certainly Russian propaganda. Quite sad that the Kremlin wants to cash in by abusing such a serious topic.
