We can't forget that Portugal was the king of the African slave trade well before the British and North America. They basically invented it. If Portugal has admixture, it's likely from this rather than ancestral ties.
No Ethnic European population may be close to Africans in that sense. Nevertheless populations of Europe whivh have absorbed high admixtures from Africans are Southern European. (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, etc...
Still European

How idiotic.
Until quite recently Portugal had many African colonies, blacks from those countries live in Portugal, in Lisbon mainly.
It's like saying that Americans are 40 percent non-European putting them together, as it should be.
As you can see it is obvious that the Iberian peninsula is the most hottest place in Europe followed by Greece (including the islands).
Which is why those hottest places are called the Mediterranean and not for no reason.
While Iberia is more closer to North Africa, while Greece is much closer to the Near East, by their locations.
For my answer to the OP's thread question I would say that it is both Spanish and Portuguese first followed by Maltese and then Sicilians, if you must.
Icelanders have hugest sub-saharan admixture, closely followed by Finns.
Inhabitants of Far Oer are said to be descendant of Congolese people who migrated there in 500,000,000 BC.

Not so necessary to mention.
Icelanders and Finns are much more likely to have instead Northeast Asian admixture instead than Sub-Saharan genes.
Otherwise explain the looks of Italian Islanders or other Mediterranean people below:

I know you're trying to be condescending but just in case you didn't know, Northern Europeans are the least likely to have African ancestry.
I exactly follow the French in this believe also due to my genetic connections from Northern France.
