Estimates are only 1 in 10 French are Muslim, at most.

Islam in France - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Something is off here.

Polls show a maximum of 10% of French are Muslims. Of those Muslims only 70% observe Ramadan (as a proxy for moderate religiosity). What would the percentage of extremists be? Can't be very high.
So who the **** supports ISIS then if it isn't extremist Muslims?

As others pointed out: That survey is most likely bogus and propaganda. The Russians paid for and now you can read this nice piece on RT:

“This is not a result of sympathy of a significant number of French people for this extremist terrorist organization,” Yury Rubinsky, the head of the Center of French Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told Rossiya Segodnya. “This is simply a manifestation of the country’s accumulated potential rejection of the existing system as a whole. This is a form of rejection of the elites, a form of protest.”

Yeah, it sounds like some really bad Russian propaganda.

BTW, off topic, but we were just in Vienna again recently. It had been like 10 years, but it was actually an even better city than I remember. Absolutely beautiful!

Simple solution for those ISIS supporters, kick them out to ISIS country. Let them enjoy a world without doctors, educators, social systems and so on. In short, let them enjoy the stone age.

Agreed. Offer them a 1 way ticket to Syria or Iraq. I don't know how bogus this survey is given the American jihadi Brian McCain that was killed fighting for ISIS yesterday, and the British member of ISIS who beheaded the American journalist. I am not so quick to dismiss things like this.
