This is also a decent proposal since it could stop or at least decrease illegal immigration and human trafficking, it has surely helped Australia although it must be said that they faced a different situations.

If it is, and what Amnesty International reports on the aftermath is true, well-done, NATO))))
Way to go!

Agree. Be someone nicer and gentler instead, like say, Isis fighters?
Western nations are here to help you with a smooth transition to Islamic state, and while they are at that, they'll make sure that those who are trying to escape the chaos will be dutifully brought back from their shores and dutifully handed back to "new and democratic forces."

"The UN estimates 400,000 Libyans have fled their homes to escape the fighting, while the unofficial website Libya Body Count estimates 2,825 people were killed last year.
Complicating Libya's political landscape further are armed groups claiming allegiance to ISIL leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, including the fighters controlling the eastern town of Derna. Last week, fighters claiming affiliation to ISIL took control of key assets in Sirte, Gaddafi's old hometown."

Well-done, NATO.

Malta is over run with African illegals, something more seriously needs to be done. And it is all to easy to blame NATO (or the western countries in general) for the unrest in Libya & indeed other countries, but those countries were run by seriously evil dictators, life wasn't much fun for the average Libyan when Gadaffi was still breathing... These countries were given a chance for a fresh start, but they ruined it for themselves, you can't help some people it seems...

Resettle them in your town, you'd probably be less parochial if that happened. We don't want them here your problem, not ours

Since when Al-Jazeera is "ruskie propaganda?"
This is very much on topic - the root of all this mayhem, the reason why it happened.
Was Europe as swamped with Libyan refugees when Gaddafi was in power?
