How do I look up property information in the following European cities? (best, Europeans)

Madrid, Spain (Community of Madrid, Spain) ?

I am trying to find date of sale, name of owner, sales price, and assessed value.

In the United States, this information is provided on property appraiser websites. Is it this way in these cities/countries, too?

I have searched google and have not found a way.

You haven't been able to find it simply publishing such info online is illegal. Since each these cities are located in different countries the laws might vary. Your best bet would be to contact the city hall record departments as they are the only ones who might be able to help you.
