See

The video is in english just 1 minute to view
Refugees dissatisfied with services at The Hague in Netherlands
Dutch are known for good milk and good butter. Refugees complain about it not sure why
The 12 euro is just the pocket money allowance money all else is paid for. Dutch call it zakgeld=pocketmoney= allowance like kids get for the little things and parents pay all the other things just trying to explain this.
Of course it would be not enough if you smoke not sure what cigs cost in NL allover in northern EU cigarettes are expensive.

I am used to seeing newsreels of refugees worldwar 1 and worldwar 2 so it takes a bit of getting used to the modern type of refugee who looks all fashionable.....

So true. Most people in Europe are not even affected directly by the migrant crisis. Answering the OP's question, Europe does not have too many immigrants, the numbers are much lower than what many people think.

Sure, but in text. Until today some 750,000 refugees have arrived in the EU totally.

Firstly of course the eviction and extermination of 6 million Jews.
Between 1939 and 1945 the nazis evicted some 2 million Poles.
In 1940 Finland evacuated 410,000 people from Karelia.
In 1940 the Soviet Union deported some 1.5 million Poles from their occupation zone.
Between 1941 and 1945 the Ustase, Titoists and militias deported or killed some 1 million people in Yugoslavia.
Starting from 1943 the whole Italian diaspora (350,000) people were deported from Croatia.
In 1944 280,000 Karelians evacuated in 1940 who had returned to their homes were evacuated again. During the same time all the civilian population in Lapland, 170,000 people, were evacuated south.
In 1945 1.5 million Poles were evicted from the areas annexed by Soviets.
Finally 14-16 million Germans were deported, evacuated and expelled from occupied areas, the largest ethnic cleansing in history.

Smaller examples are plentiful too.

So compared with those population transfers, the current crisis is peanuts. Also remember that the population of Europe was much smaller then.

I imagine that some governments might imitate the actions of Hungary and Slovenia. So…..

1. Some governments build fences. Encircling a country with endless loops of razor wire.

The fences would be an impediment, not a guarantee. The next obvious step is….

2. Patrol the border.

And then…..

3. Deportation

Oddly enough, this reminds me of historical precedents. Consider Hadrians Wall. Or the Great Wall of China.

750k is the number that have applied for asylum, the number that has arrived in Europe is much higher. It is safe to assume that 1,5+ mil are already here since a lot haven't applied for asylum yet cos they haven't reached paradise yet. And the influx shows no signs to stop any time soon.

yeah, sweden alone will take about 180 000-190 000 this year - the majority of them the last 6 months. now we average 1500-2000 asylum seekers a day. at this rate we'll have 700 000 newcomers in one year - this in a country with 10 000 000 inhabitants. sweden is already ****ed beyond help, but this islamization will have far-reaching consequences for all of the nordic countries too, and also the baltic states. it's sick that these "poor" economic-immigrants with i-phones are coming here at the expense of our elderly and seriously ill. but at one level we deserve it. most swedes like it this way.
