Northern and southern europe? (German, England, stereotype, Scandinavia)

Is true that,following stereotypes not always true obviously,northeen europeans(germany,norway,swiss,england)are wealthier while southern europeans(italians,french..)are more sophisticated/elegant?

Yeah, it's true "Northern Europe"(Scandinavia + the British islands and Ireland) have higher salaries. But that's about it. You can google: European countries by wage to get some idea.

Northern Europe is much better organized and the infractructure is more modern and advanced. Everything is a mess and highly corrupted down south
