Parts of France and Italy are very beautiful including the lakes, mountains and coastline, indeed there are a lot of very beautiful places on the mediterranean coastline in numerous countries including Spain and Greece. Whilst Portugal has the Algarve, Madeira and the Azores in the Atlantic.

Germany has some areas around the black forest, the Scottish Highlands, English Lake District and Cotswolds are nice, the Norweigian Fjords are stunning as are other parts of Scandinavia.

Poland and Eastern Europe has some maginificent countryside, which is home to all kinds of wildlife such as Bears and Wolves, and cities such as Prague are stunning.

Europe is a very beautifu and diverse continent and most countries have a lot on interesting and beautiful areas and regions.

European country judged by looks alone? Google "Elin Nordegren swimsuit model shots". I vote Sweden!

I think I'd have to go with France. You have all the diversity. Alps. Alsace looks German. The bold coast of Brittany. Scenic wine regions. Paris wasn't flattened in the wars.

You could do the same kind of thing with the other larger countries. Italy. Spain. Germany.

For urban, the fact that the Russians put Prague in a time capsule is very appealing. I think that's the most scenic city.

Can’t go wrong with all three.

I also like France, Italy, and Spain.

All of them look great in parts pretty much.....just like pretty much every state in the U.S. has a scenic part. Though Belgium might be the New Jersey of Europe in that regard .
