Is there any chance for non UK residents to get a job as a train driver. I have master degree in economy but last few years i am working as a train driver in my country(salary is higher)...and that means that i have more than enough experience. My English is more than good so knowledge of the language would not be a problem.

So what do you think is there a chance?

From what I know, they are lacking the TRUCK drivers over there - that's for sure.

You need to inquire directly with people over there. I doubt just anyone can, there's a lot of nepotism and corruption in such enterprises.
