I have knowlege of some pretty revolutionary ideas. (sarcasm)

1.Eat your food in portions (the size of your fist)
2.3 meals and a small snack between.
3.Eat slowly to let the stomach let the brain know your full. (Enjoy the food)
4.Watch the junk food, once a week at most. (pop, deep fried, chips, etc)
5.Excercise, do stuff involving movement of the legs.
6.Do stuff to keep your mind off of food.
7.Drink your 8 glasses of water per day.

You wont be a model following these steps, but you wont be jiggly either.

Or you can do the mountain dew/twinkie trick lol.

A fist size of food? I'd have to eat pure butter to get enough calories from that lol.

That's a minor issue, often blamed a s big one. 99% of the population get exactly the body they deserve as a function of their diet/habits.

Some people were born with slim bodies, so they will never get fat. I have done al of the above and am still barely losing weight.

If you were to count your calories, fat, carbs and protein on a daily basis as you've been advised to do over and over again, it would become clear to you why you're barely losing weight.

But you are still losing. Are you doing 60 mins of cardio 3-7 days a week?

My weight's fluctuating at the moment.

Weighed about 154 pounds 2 days ago.

I eat everything, but don't over-eat. But I still eat like a king.

And I burn about 1200 calories a day, per my meter.

It works like a charm. Eat. Burn. Eat. Burn.

I think I'm in maintenance phase. Been mulling packing some muscle, but I'm more interested in tone than bulk.

But the sad part is that I'm replacing many of my pants. From W32, I've gone down to W31 and sometimes W30, depending on the fabric. Pants are more expensive than shirts, so it's a loss of previous investment on W32 pants. The only consolation is that people tell me I look trim and completely fit.

I disagree with this one. While studying the behaviour of fatties in their natural and favorite habitats - restaurants and especially all-you-can-eat places, my research has found that they all seem to eat slowly. Very very slowly. Almost sloth like. Several times in particular Ive noticed grotesquely obese women with like 3 plates at an all-you-can-eat place and they were like just sitting there barely moving other than hand to mouth and hand to mouth.

When I eat, I hurry up and eat so I can get back to doing things in life that I enjoy. Eating slowly is not something that I prefer because I feel that its a waste of time. I dont woof my food down, I just eat it, then get up and out to live life.

The trick is, people, increased physical activity.

Do everything you can, even if it means parking way away in the grocery store and running in.

If you want to eat well, increase physical activity by leaps and bounds.
