Any of you with desk jobs been able to reach your fitness goals of more than just weight loss? Meaning, actual, real definition of muscles and size gains?
Do you really think you have to dig ditches to get in shape? Working 8 hours a day means you can lift (heavy) weight for at least 60 min. 5 days a week and do intense interval training for at least 30 min. a day. Start off with that and THEN see if you want to do more. Don't make excuses that because you can't be in the gym 6 hours a day it's not worth doing anything!

I enjoy my comfy command chair. I just focus on the workout when it is gym time. No need to deny oneself the comforts of life outside of gym time. I am "kind of" fit as well.
