I think that it would be a great motivating factor for ME! I am looking to lose 30 pounds, 15 in February, and want people to join in! I was able to lose 80 pounds before I had my twins and I want to attempt the same routine to have the same results.

I'm a stay at home mom who's lost touch with all of my friends since giving birth. So, I posted a video in the hopes to find if not a few, at least ONE person to go through this journey with.

Search for my channel on Youtube under "The Doux Life." There, you'll find pictures of my beautiful family and weightless challenge video.

Let me know if its a good idea...

Years ago, I started Phil's Plab Fighters, in conjunction with a Dr. Phil challenge, it did help me. I will look at your video.

Thanks for the advice and support! I saw an episode of Dr. Phil not too long ago where he was promoting "The 20/20 Diet." Thanks for reminding me! I will look into his books and programs for help.

My company does these and it works wonders. I lost six pounds, a colleague lost close to 20.

no, it doesn't work for me. At least not in the long run. It may work for about 3 weeks, and then I need a short term & a long term goal, something more than weight loss. Like training for an event. But, heck, it might work for you. Never know until you try it.

If you want some competition you could always join a diet bet. My husband, my mom and one of my friends and I all did one last month and we all hit our goal and won. I like diet bets because you can get as involved as you want with their community.
