Have any of you bought a pair for your own personal ab workout at home? Also, which brand is the better quality along with easy setup with the bar. Where would you normally put the bar? Are tools going to be needed for the setup? Reason i am thinking about buying one is that 24hr Fitness doesn't have these straps..at least the one that i frequent. Thanks.

Those things are for whimps. Waste of money. Just do it from a dead hang from a pullup bar.

Do dead hang knees to elbows or dead hang toes to bar.

agreed with Lao. Having said that, even if this was your only option of doing knee raises I don't think they're going to make or break anything in your workouts. It's just a tool, not a necessity
