I got for Christmas the Wii fit Plus as well as The Biggest Loser. It is my New Year Resolution. I just started a couple days ago. I just now tried out The Biggest Loser boy that is a work out. I am going to use both wii Cd's... I was wondering if anyone else is doing the same thing?

I wouldn't say that its a new year's resolution, but I do intend to use the Wii to get into shape. I'm using Wii Fit Plus and Wii Active Sports. 3lbs in the first week (of course, I then gained a pound back).

We got a wii for Christmas though I got wii fit and Golds gym cardio workout. Have not started that one yet but am doing about 30-45 minutes with the wii and an hour of fast walking a day. When I get all good on the wii then I hope to work with someone to help me with weight training.

But that pound gained may be muscle and not fat gain.

Just tried our new Wii Fit today. It's fun. Got off the balance board to eat lunch and then realized I'd been on the board for nearly an hour. Felt like only a few minutes.

We got our Wii Fit for Christmas, also, and I've decided to work on my balance and fitness six days a week. Because I'm using it to help rehab my hip, I can't do it for too long at a time, and I can't do too hard a workout yet. However, I'm seeing definite improvements!

I made it across the tightrope on the 4th or 5th try. My favorite balance games are soccer heading (panda head! ACK!) and ski slalom. I 've just started doing the bubble game, haven't made it all the way through yet. The yoga poses are a different sort of challenge.

So far, four pounds down with no other changes in lifestyle.

Have Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus, EA Active Sports, Biggest Loser (man that is a WORKOUT- I wouldnt suggest anything past moderate on first go around) and Jillian Michaels Ultimate Challenge or whatever it is- only played it once because it is HORRIBLE

Love Wii Fit/Plus, EA Active and Biggest Loser. I really need to start using them daily
