Don't laugh at me
Sometimes at work I get grocery store carts for one or two hours out of the parking lot and have to push five or so of them at once. I also then have to spin them around....over and over. I know there is some cardio and I can totally feel my butt working. What kind of workout does anybody feel like I am getting? I normally do more weights at home along with my yoga, but, I love the fact that I am working out at work and GETTING PAID!!!!
Any thoughts though on how good I am working my legs and abs????
