Hi, looking at booking airfare out of FAR to MCO in December. I've only flown out Bismarck and it was Allegiant, so I'm not too familiar with the major airline prices. I'm just curious what typical airfare is for that time of year. I am aware of Frontier and Allegiant, but for the dates I am going, I'm not sure my departure date will fall on one of their days that they fly out on. I am looking at a Delta flight for $343. I've been told by a couple travel agents that I should jump on it. What do the locals say? Thanks!

$343 / RT is a good price,

I think google has a price history search engine. It a little be in advance for December (other Then Holiday bookings)

I'll see if i can find the Price History page.

Thanks. I'm so used to flying out of larger airports before moving to ND, so $343 seems outrageous to me, but if $343 is a good price, then I'm gonna jump on it. I would just hate to see it drop to like $300 or something, or would like to know if that is a crazy dream, haha.

We are looking at the 2nd week of Dec. and coming back before Christmas...I know it's all a gamble, but don't know FAR prices very well

Yes that is a reasonable price. I have flown out of Fargo and grand forks. Fargo prices are typically cheapest of all ND airports.

I would say that's a good price. We traveled from Fargo to Orlando, flying out on Saturday December 14, and flying back on Sunday December 22, 2013. Our tickets through Delta cost about $468 a person.I booked in mid-October. Hope this helps.
