All I can say is pass this beauty tip up! I and my friends have tried it for bags under the eyes (from too much partying) and all we were left with is redness and a goopy, sticky mess under the eyes! I know this is the Canadian version of the American one with that "special added ingredient" but I'm told it's no different in results.
I don't know why this myth about hemorrhoid cream is so popular. Maybe Preparation H is behind it.
Here's some reviews on it, and I notice that some people gave it more stars than they should of in some cases for a product not working as they had hoped, but it's not terribly expensive, so it won't break the bank if you do decide to try it:
