I feel sorry for women who have to wear them here in the Phoenix area. I cannot even imagine.
Usually I find cultural dress expressive and beautiful, especially Indian women in their Saris. So elegant.
Unless they have no underclothing on which I am sure they do wear beneath, it must be very stiffling in those layers of dark cloth- and how do these women breath? I suspect that the lives of Burka wearing women must be very limited in the summer in Phoenix. But women once dressed head to toe with corsets and slips, but at least nothing over their mouthsand noses.
