No, I wouldn't. I live quite happily, and pleasurably with what God gave me, I wouldn't change that for more than a day, mostly I'd just like to try peeing with one.
They are good for more than peeing....which is over-rated.

This thread has gone way beyond the genie to real women's breast sizes, into judgements and issues about breasts. In real life breasts have downsides as well as upsides.
I agree and that's the problem. It got dragged there. From the outset it was never to be about pain or discomfort or quality of relationships or anything like that; it was very focused on the core desire without cons. I understand you don't see it that way and don't even want to entertain the notion to some extent but I do appreciate your candid responses.

In the real world, in order to maintain maximum aesthetics, it seems that most need some surgical assistance.
While I have seen dozens of naked balloons in real life, I have seen even more on my computer and TV. Guys have typically been exposed to the best of the breast. So we tend to glorify them.
Sorry if I rain on parades....but the best looking ones are, in my estimation, composites. Part real and part synthetic. That comment will kick some new life into this now tired thread. That life may be full of venom, we shall see.

I'm guessing what you mean by composites is if the woman was large to begin with or if they are very small implants in relation to what they already have because technically they are all composites unless she was a AA or... something else.
I do not like the obviously fake look and think most women who are small sized should just stick with what they have. The whole balloon look shoved under tight skin is just not my cup of tea. On the flip side there don't seem to be many women D cup and up who get implants unless they go extreme and are strippers (or more likely there are they just aren't public about it) I would hope that because my wife has been larger then she is now that she maintains a natural look if she gets them done.
