If you're already a natural 32DDD, the question doesn't really apply, right? A woman who is naturally smaller up top is not built like you are. A woman who adds a lot of volume to her chest, especially someone who is thin, looks out of whack. Then you end up with porn cleavage. You don't have that because you don't have implants.

Exactly. What's really troubling is that even some bra sites that claim to specialize in larger and/or hard to find sizes have calcs and fitting guides that practice this. Try this one:
