Walgreens mostly. I go to Ulta sometimes too because I know they carry every shade and variety of whatever line I'm using and sometimes the drugstores don't carry the full range.

Sephora is hands down my favorite. I try to stay away unless I have the money to burn though. I prefer in store, but I live in a medium sized city, so they don't have the best selection which forces me to buy some items online.

For drugstore items, I will shop at Ulta or Target first since in my area, they have better stock then CVS/Walgreens. I buy groceries at Target, so I browse the makeup section when I'm there.

Amazon.com for my bath and body stuff since I use mostly natural oils with little chemical preservatives.

CVS & Target for regular things like sunscreen, lotions, nail polish, lipstick, etc.

Saks for hard-to-find brands, like Laura Mercier or La Mer, perfumes, perfumed shower gels, etc.

Target and Walmart for some basics like face wash, eye makeup remover, etc.

I shop at Ulta 3 for some things, Sephora for others, and I get my moisturizer and facial serum from department stores that carry it.

I usually order online. My favorite is allcosmeticswholesale.com. I've purchased many high-end items from MAC, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Stila, Clinique and all have been authentic. Great selections and shipping is very fast, too. Some of the prices are not discounted much, but I've also found some amazing deals.

Beauty stores I actually go to would be Sephora and Ulta. I rarely go to the cosmetics counters at dept stores (unless I need a shade match on concealer or something), I usually order directly from Clinique, MAC, etc.

I grocery shop at Meijers and do browse the beauty selection, but the only drug-store items I really purchase are nail stuff and mascara.
