Just curious because my recent date I went on the girl's eyes never shifted to the top of my head when we were face to face. Her eyes just stayed locked on my eyes and it was just shocking since this is something physically I have not been happy with. So Ladies if you meet a guy with a cute face and he is losing his hair do you accept it?

Normally I wouldn't care, but with you I would make an exception
I never really understood the hair obsession some guys have. I'm in the age-40 range now, but even in my 20s & 30s I knew guys who were all worried about their receding hairlines, and I never saw it as a problem.
I'd frankly be really turned off by a guy wearing a toupee, or getting hair plugs or transplants. Just shave it. I good looking face is still a good looking face even without hair. Ditto for an ugly face. And don't do the comb-over, or the long-hair-in-back-to-make-up-for-none-on-top thing. A nicely shaved head can be sexy.
I've known some women who are turned off by thinning hair or baldness, but they tend to be very superficial about all other things as well.
A guy worrying about his thinning hair is like a girl worrying about how her nails look. Would you be turned off by a girl who doesn't have her nails professionally done? If she has a great personality and she's pretty, would you care? But girls obsess about perfect nails all the time, and guys don't care, unless they are super-superficial and maybe a little gay.
I like a guy to take good care of himself, and he must be well groomed, but if I found out he's had a hair transplant, I'd be really turned off at the vanity of it.

It goes both ways. Men do not understand why women are so obsessed with their boob size (being too small), weight, etc. when most "normal" (i.e., any one not too superficial) men do not care.
I know sweetie, but sometimes the truth can help us become better people.
