I use white eyeliner, anybody else?

Occassionally I will use brown or black but I've never been very good at applying them. White is great b'c even if you mess upa little, it is hardly noticeable. Also, I don't use a lot of make up - most of the time no make up - but I was wondering if white eyeliner should be used only sparingly? Any expert make up folks on CD?

I have tried taupe...I am not sure how white would show up....does it make your eyes look bigger? Sephora has all the unusual colours.

I think white eyeliner "livens" up your eyes without looking like you have makeup on which is good for me b'c I hate wearing make up. Plus, I rub my eyes a lot so black/brown eyeliner has always been a problem for me!

Sephora is pretty cool. They DO have a lot of interesting colors!

Depending on skin coloring, white eyeliner really opens up the eye area.
I've used silver and it also does the trick.
If one has tan or chocolate skin coloring, the silver or bronze looks nice too.

*If you're a visual person, like myself, go on youtube...enter "white eyeliner" in the search bar...there are quite a few demonstrations on how to get the "look" as well as other make-up how-to's. *

Oooooooh, I never thought of Youtube! I'll deifnitely have to try that tonight when I get back. As for now, need to go to do some studying. I tan pretty easily even though I don't like the tan look but I'm also "naturally tan" b'c of my ethnicity. I really do think that white opens my eyes up. I'll have to try out other colors though - silver and bronze seem like fun colors!

I use white eyeliner all the time. Sephora makes a great waterproof white liner. Do you line the top and bottom of your eyes, or just the bottom?

Try lining the inner corners of your eyes for an extra pop.

I've seen in magazines that if you line your bottom eyelid with white eyeliner it makes your eyes "pop"
