I don't believe there WOULD be a fashion industry without magazines....none.

Magazines serve as a go between for the fashion industry and general public. They do ofer their own interpretations, same as any news reporter, but I don't think they actually influence the people making fashion.

I agree UnexpectedError, I don't think the magazines "actually influence the people making fashion", though without the magazines and T.Vs to show off those who wear their fashions, no-one (other than the rich who can travel to the shows) would have a clue.
