Obviously people know implants don't last forever and they know they have to be replaced. Some get them replaced earlier because they get capsular contracture, symmastia or they just want to go bigger. I know a lot of people that get revisions because they feel they went too small the first time around. Why do some people get so worked up over what others do to their bodies. Who cares it doesn't affect you just worry about yourself.
I don't think it's THAT obvious judging by some posts here.
I don't get worked up if people get implants but I feel bad for those who later regret their decision. Many times they didn't know what thy were getting into because greedy surgeons do lie and people with implants tend to live in denial and claim they look natural or that they never have to be replaced.
I was almost a victim of a surgeon who told me another procedure would have little complications when in fact it would have probably ruined my life. I was not a good patient for that procedure. I didn't do it because I was afraid of the complications I had read on internet forums. He told me back then that procedure will make me look great. He had over 30 years of experience and is well known surgeon in the country.
Years later I reconsidered the same procedure and I went to the same doctor who advise me not to get it. I appreciated his honesty but I wonder what made him change his mind, probably some screwed up cases.

No way in hell those breasts are 32D and 32DD Seriously, I take you have never bought a bra in your life.
I actually can guess bra sizes very well, it's not that hard. Most of those girs are B cups and some A's and C's.No D's there
I'm a 32DD and if those were my breasts I would be jumping of joy! LITERALLY. I wish I looked like that.
Then you might be in the wrong bra (you might also be kind of a jerk, but that's a separate issue).

I would choose the smartest and better qualified for the job.
Being content with the way you look has nothing to do with job performance unless you are running a brothel.
Do men take penis enlargement pills for themselves as well?
Maybe we should start testing for viagra and having mammograms tests as part of the hiring process. I think our society will greatly improve if we judge job performance by those standards. God bless America.

I'm a dude, but I was engaged to a very busty gal... we got pregnant and she miscarried, but she went through all the hormonal shifts and went through a couple pretty crazy growth spurts. She'd started off as a 36DDD, and then they got way, way bigger... she went to buy a new bra and ended up going up a couple band sizes to a 40DDD. The thing was that she hadn't gained any weight at all, just had gotten bustier, and so the underwires were basically halfway up the side of her breasts even with it on the tightest clasps. After her milk came in, she had to go up to a 42DDD and was totally miserable... my birthday gift to her was for her to go to a custom lingere shop and get her a few custom-made bras, which measured out to a 36F, if I recall correctly.
My ex wife was wearing a 36C when I first started dating her, even though she was actually a 32DD.
It's amazing how many women don't know how to size a bra
