I'm not sure what's better, can someone help me out??
I know that underwire bras can cut off circulation to your breasts but sleeping braless can get uncomfortable at times.
Is there some kind of happy medium between comfort and health?? The only thing I can think of is sleeping with a sports bra (which is wireless) with my pajamas.
P.s. I'll be waiting to see what Antlered Chamataka has to say. He seems to like threads like this. Lol
I never sleep in a bra. I never wear bras around the house, either...just when I go somewhere. It's just too hot here to imagine sleeping in a bra (or pajamas, really).
But if you really, really want to sleep in a bra, they make softer, more relaxed bras for sleeping in...google "leisure bra" and you'll find some.
Google "maternity sleep bras". I started wearing one after I had my daughter and continued even after she was weaned. They are so comfortable. Slightly less support than a exercise bra but moves with you.

Anyway, the bra is the most fascinating thing I have ever known and ever will know in my life. The relationship between me and the bra can be described as something like the relationship between Sir Issac Newton and the apple
So, if Mrs Chamataka is sleeping braless, the Antlered Chamataka will be sleepless
