Cute!

I'm trying to hold out as long as possible before I start fall clothes shopping. So not looking forward to shorter days!

A fox with pink glasses? I couldn't resist.

I have been shopping. Ann Taylor Wonder Jeans (fabulous!), a couple of pair of those stretch/soft skinny jeans that feel like pajamas - Calvin Klein from Costco - fit like a dream - in gray and also brown. Ann Taylor black all season wool blend short pencil skirt, a gray Jones of New York 100% wool tweed, brown suede heels and then some Banana Republic black and tan flats (love those), Talbot's wool camel trousers and Ann Taylor black all season wool trousers, a very cool leopard print zip up jacket from Chicos and a leopard short sleeved sweater (the sleeves are bright persimmon) from Ann Taylor. Three turtlenecks from The Gap (camel, black and gray), 3 blazers (medium coral, black cropped and houndstooth) - a wide wale corduroy sagey/apple green cropped fitted jacket and a fitted Talbot's jean's blazer....some of these are new or worn once from eBay, some are new from the stores. I know my measurements and have my favorite dealers and I buy perfect condition, second season dresses, skirts, jackets, blazers, coats, blouses....this really stretches my budget and allows me to get lots of new clothes each season....I buy only new shoes. I do buy vintage leather purses and belts from Etsy - love them!

That's a cute sweater but I don't want to think about fall yet..We've had over 50 inches of rain this summer and just now getting sunshine the first week of Sept.

I haven't done much fall shopping yet, but I'm excited about it. It's my absolute favorite time of the year and I LOVE fall clothes. I also need to buy pretty much an entire new wardrobe. I bought a few summer items but I've been holding out and waiting to spend my somewhat limited funds in the fall/winter. Sweaters, jackets and boots...here I come!!!

Oh, and cute sweater!

I go shopping all the time, in my own closet and dresser drawers and I don't "accidentally" go there either.

I've been traveling in an RV all summer and now we've decided to stay in the west, rather than go back to NH. Unfortunately, I left most of my newly bought fall and winter clothes in storage in NH and may not be able to get back there to collect them before spring. All those nice sweaters and coats that I barely got to wear.

Not sure I'll be able to use them though, since we plan to head for NM or AZ for winter. Maybe the next 4 or 5 winters. But I think I'll wait and see where we land before I invest in more clothing. Right now, I'm in the Black Hills for a month and all I need is some more bike jerseys and padded shorts (nice 100+ mile bike trail right out back ). I'm getting lots of exercise!

I'm excited for my first fall here in Denver. I like the sweater. I'll have to see if its available in store and snag one!
