I just wore a tee today and it was 64 out. I wear them all winter, rarely do I ever wear long sleeves or a sweater. I do wear a jacket over it when i'm outside but inside it's off.

It was 53 F here today, and I needed a sweater + long sleeves outside to keep the chill from invading my skin. I am wearing a long sleeve t shirt inside my house with the heat at 69 F. Today morning, it was a bone chilling 29 F with ice. You have to be tough skinned to wear a T shirt up here all winter .
I was outside a lot today, and got pretty warm wearing a tshirt and sweatshirt. It was in the low 50s. If I had somewhere to store my sweatshirt I would have taken it off and just worn the t shirt. Instead I pushed the sleeves up. Its 50 degrees out right now and I just took the dog around the block for a walk wearing a tank top and yoga pants (just what I was wearing around the house when the dog wanted out). I think the cold air feels nice.
Part of my warm comfort level has to do my dislike for cold air. I hate the cold air with passion. It never feels nice and freezes my toes numb. Hot air usually never bothers me much, unless its accompanied by insanely low or high dew points. Mabye its because I am accustomed to working in humid heat without A/C when I lived in India. I didn't enjoy those conditions initially, but got used to such conditions over time. Its odd how quickly my body adapts to hot weather conditions but is unable to do so in the cold. If I were to wear a t shirt in 50 F weather, my arms would turn into ice cylinders. I tried adapting to the cold by working outside more often in the colder months, but all it did was make me sick .

I wear t shirts daily but I only wear t shirts at home and never out in public.
I don't like the way they show every movement when I walk.
My pesonal comfort level is about 65 - 70 degrees with a slight breeze which for me is just enough for a long sleeve or 3/4 sleeve shirt (not t shirt) or a short sleeve shirt and a light sweater.
Warm T shirt weather is returning to NJ this Halloween. Its going to be in the mid 60's in NJ, low 70's in DC, and around 80 in Myrtle beach. Lows will be in the upper 40's in NJ, mid 50's in DC, and mid 60's in Myrtle Beach. Humidity will accompany the heat south of DC.

Glad to see my near 80 temps coming back, time to break out the beach dresses again! Glad I washed my bathing suit up tonight, seems I'm gonna be needing it again. So glad I don't live up north anymore, too dang cold.

BTW, the weather down there is beautiful. No wonder you wear a T shirt all winter long. 78 F in November is higher than our record high, and your lows in the 50-60's are equal to our highs. Snowfall is predicted to arrive in 2 weeks with high temps in the upper 30's.

Really? Even with it being in the 50s and 60s for the next 10 days, just a few days later the temps are going to drastically drop enough for snow? They predicting a moderate winter for much of the US, and temps for November are only expected to be slightly cooler for much of the Midwest and East Coast.
