I've seen how women act around guys they're attracted to, and I've never seen a woman act that way around me. What else am I supposed to conclude?

But if women are never giving you the attention, while flirting and spending time with your friends, then it is possible you are an average looking guy.
Looks will always be a first impression. And typically, the more attractive people will initially receive more attention.
OP, you have to find a way to stand out amoungst your peers. Be funny, or witty, or smart, or something. Not everyone is blessed with awesome looks, but if you don't have awesome looks while you continue to act and believe that your looks will get you dates, you will fail. Of course, work out and groom adn take care of your self, but expand who you are beyond your looks.
Maybe in your world but I have turned down more than one mega money man who was attractive physically as well but was very unattractive because he was a terrible human.
I am not in love with money I am in love with my husband and found him and kept him when he barely owned the clothes on his back. Money is NOT everything to everyone and to me my husband is very attractive physically and he is a good man. I'm sure that he is not physically attractive to many others and I just don't care.

Huh? Women that don't place that much importance on a man's looks are not that attractive themselves or women that think that men aren't that attracted to looks aren't that attractive? I need to find out if I'm attractive or not!
I call B.S. on that. Personality may help some what, but all the personality in the word is not going to make her like a guy thats unattractive. Now if you would have said its not about looks women care more about money/status then I would agree with you. We've seen many examples of that.

14bricks yes a woman has to find him attractive to her.Means family members and friends could think he is eh.But if the lady finds him gorgous and vice versa that's a great inclination it may work.
