I think most fake boobs are pretty obvious. The dead giveaway is that they don't bounce when you walk. Natural breasts jiggle when you walk....fake boobs just don't. And don't even get me started on the ones that are perfectly round and hard like softballs.
I've never seen a natural looking fake boob. Sorry.
You may be thinking of implants placed over the muscle (pec), which models, strippers, etc often get. Mine are under the muscle, they jiggle when I walk, when you squeeze my breast you are actually squeezing MY breast, not the implant, so it feels real because it is real. What you see when you look at my breasts is my breast, not the implant. I don't think you would ever know, and have never once had a guy not totally love them (have had them for 14 years or so).
Definitely differences between gel, silicone and saline. I have saline as the whole silicone scare thing was going on. As they are not rock hard but definitely harder than silicone and gel. Being a dancer for 13 years I've grabbed and seen way more boobies than I should have!
Make sure you research your dr. See before/after photos. Get numbers of patients and ask them about their full experience..
Due to HIPAA I'm pretty certain a physician, surgeon, or any other specialist will not provide the names and phone numbers of prior patients concerning their satisfaction (or lack thereof) with any medical procedure they have experienced. From what I have seen and read online concerning 'testimonials' of glowing reviews, have anywhere from a line or two to an entire paragraph dedicated to a positive experience...and the initials of the patient.
When considering an eyelift procedure I did find this online and I thought it was an interesting read.
Why given a second chance I wouldn't have plastic surgery again

Idk- I've debated getting this procedure done, in the past....
But people who know me IRL plead w/ me that the size, shape & feel of mine are pretty perfect...
I also, within the past few months, found a natural way to make them bigger, lol
So it's pretty noticeable & I'm pleased.
I've talked to women who've had boob jobs done, w/ mixed reviews.
Surgery would be my absolute last option,
but w/ what I discovered, I don't need it.
I have considered getting a breast lift (even though my boyfriend think I'm nuts for it!) but I'm too much of a scaredy-cat to do it. I'm afraid something will get botched. Like, I will go from good-looking breasts to sad-looking ones instead of the great looking ones I aspire for LOL

Good luck and best wishes OP, sincerely, however you decide to proceed.
They do have ways around the HIPPA act. Certain patients sign releases that allow them to become "references" for the surgeon if a future patient would like to get in touch with them. Also they take before and after pictures with the stats of the person (height, weight, size of implant, type, position, etc) that do not include the face or name so they are able to be in a "book" you can look through.
Also there is the site realself.com that people post their experiences of different surgeons, posting before and after pictures, complications they had (if applicable), and allow others to ask questions. There is also a section where you can look up a surgeon and see reviews by real patients (not just the "references" who no doubt have been screened beforehand). Another part of it includes a q&a section where plastic surgeons from around the country can answer any question you post.
I looked into it and myself would only go one size bigger, under the muscle, with the "gummy bear" implant. My aunt was a AA and went to a large C cup, saline, under the muscle. It looks too "fake" and felt like a water bag (which is what it is). I also worked at a strip club for a while and have seen tons of boobs real and fake. The best looking fake ones are where the person had a decent amount of breast tissue to begin with and went a size or two bigger. If you have little to no tissue then it is too tight and ends up looking like a ball under your skin because there is no extra skin to have the natural drop.

and how does your natural way work?
