I'm just wondering. If someone has big breasts a 32DD cup and a 25 inch waist with 33" butt. Her hips are really narrow but her butt isn't that flat? I've heard it makes your butt bigger? Would her butt be bigger only or her hips as well? Would it make her breasts too big?

maybe in your/her own mind..which can be good I guess (if that's what she/you desire). There's people who figure oysters are an aphrodisiac too..maybe, or maybe the reason [for] serving the oysters is the real reason it works for some...give it a try, can't hurt.
Well she read into it and said it helps with hormones or whatever. The way I see it though is that doesn't she have a high level of estrogen already if she has big breasts an average butt with a small waist. I wouldn't think it change how someone genetically puts on weight? Right?

She started puberty early at around 4. Like growing she had symptoms of a lot androgen I guess she has a prominent ring finger and her build is like a male's however her breasts should be a sign she has a high level of estrogen and when she gains weight her butt does get bigger but her hips stay narrow and her shoulders stay broad as ever.
It sounds like she's built like a model, except maybe for the large breasts. Why would she want to change? If it's just to enhance the way she looks in some outfits, what about padded underwear? Something like these: Padded Panties, Padded Underwear, Silicone Butt Pads, Booty Panty
