I like as small a purse as possible with a pocket for each item, if possible... Vera Bradleys are good about this.
My friend has always been a business executive, and I have always been just a good little worker bee, but she would NEVER carry a purse..only a few items that would fit in her pockets. She thinks that carrying a purse immediately marginalizes a woman in the business world.

LOL! That Captain Morgan's will come in handy, no doubt! Same for the Clove of garlic if you meet a Vampire you don't like.

I make it by with just this stuff, but I'm a minimalist.

My contents are similar with the exception of bubble gum instead of breath mints (my addiction) as I'm a bit of a minimalist too. I do 'cheat' by
having stuff left in drawers and glove compartments so I don't have to carry around as much.

Oh wow...seven? I must be needy. My purse is my lifeline. To be fair though, it is very organized.

2. keys
3. makeup bag w/essentials (concealer, powder, blush, lip gloss, eyeliner, shadow, mascara)
4. perfume
5. lotion
6. sunglasses
7. feminine products
8. my favorite ink pen
9. bottled water
