Like the dress/ colours, agree probably not 'prom' appropriate though

Amen. Her self-righteous "artist statement" killed the mood. (Coming from a fellow artist)

She only designed it, she didn't sew it. But yes, it's a nice design... if it wasn't so low cut.

I like the dress a lot and she is very attractive. Is cleavage the right word for how she's showing her breasts? I thought cleavage was the line that appears between breasts, not showing two breasts on either side of a chest.

Very tasteful, IMO. I love her hair and overall style.

As far as cleavage, they said the same thing about Dolley Madison, over 200 years ago.
Dolley
They're first ladies of fashion too - latimes

Quote:
Dolley Madison elevated the office by dressing smartly in Empire-waist dresses with an ample dose of cleavage, and turbans adorned with bird of paradise feathers, first as the official White House hostess for Thomas Jefferson and later as James Madison's first lady (1809-17). She was so beloved that she became the standard by which all other first ladies were long compared
If you've got it, flaunt it.

Looks okay to me.

Just hope she gets rid of that kinda negative "im a strong black woman so I dont care what you think, Im comfortable in my own skin and we are beautiful no matter what, and whatever you have to say I dont care because beauty is defined by.,.....on and on and on and on......"
Why would she need to get rid of that?

I think the dress is rather pretty, but she forgot to button up the front!

And maybe it comes with the territory when one is an 18-year-old "artist," but her Instragram post makes her sound more than a little full of herself.

Like most eighteen-year-olds. Age will temper it.

I don't understand the outrage over her cleavage. The dress is very sexy, but I've seen fourteen-year-old models showing more skin.

She has a lot of raw talent. It will be interesting to follow her and see how Parsons helps her grow as a designer.

Haha, I'm just picturing my grandpa's dubious face, saying, "Where's the rest of it?"

Agree with this one...wow, that is not attractive, and wayyyyyy too much cleavage for a HIGH SCHOOLER. Gotta call this one a giant fail.
