It's a Levi's jacket, from a couple of seasons ago. Originally, it retailed at $128 and was a spring release, if I am not mistaken as it is a midweight canvas jacket in olive/cognac front with a white tab and four pocket design, but only the left chest pocket with the tab has a flap. The back of the jacket is solid olive and has two adjustable tabs on the waist, common to Levi's jackets.
I have that jacket, and the numbers on the inside tag, lower right are:
4102 4100101802 1110 463 706170001
The leather tab at the neck has only the Levi's logo and the size, no style number as is common in a Levi's denim jacket.

I would agree with eBay or Etsy as places to check. If you have any vintage denim stores nearby, that could be a source to find one. They were not widely distributed, and I purchased mine directly from a Levi's store.
