I like the style, but I honestly think really short women in really high heels look kind of silly. I think a slightly lower heel would be better.

High heels without platform soles put a short woman at quite a rake, like a taller girl wearing 6" heels. ( ever try to walk in those things)?
The good news is that if she has some boobage... The rate of rake plus the weight of her boobs makes for an increased forward momentum.

Yes, these shoes (in different eras but same style basically) are a classic. Over the years I've seen teachers, nuns, and business women wearing these shoes.

Definitely a classic shoe. Very cute and as previously stated can be worn with a number of styles...skinny jeans/pants, a nice skirt and blouse, etc.

I feel so mean for saying this... but my sister-in-law insists on teetering around in 5 inch heels all. the. time. She's 5'2, so she feels like she "needs" a really high heel, and it drives her nuts that I, at 4'10, refuse to wear heels.

But.... We can buy our running shoes in the kids section at like 1/2 the price.
LOL, my second grader picked out the cutest pair of tie-dye print sneakers... and I was so excited that I found them in my size, too

I wouldn't wear them but my ex SIL does and they look great.

She's also a little lady.

I'm of average-petite size and I'd wear them with a nice mannish pant or a boyfriend jean.

You can also go the stocking/short tight skirt combo, cute.

I would personally wear heels like that with a long dress, I remember having this sort of grey tie dye long simple tube dress I wore to work a lot, with a long blazer or wrap cardie over top and I would often wear little boots with heels and hose, in winter. Similar look. Classy but comfortable

Nice. I'd wear them. 5'2" woman here, just as a frame of reference.

First I would not pay that amount for shoes.
I would not pay that amount for heels
Actually I won't pay any amount for heels and those are ugly.
Keds works well and don't hurt your feet or your back.

It's only a 3.25" heel, that's hardly considered sky high.

OP, those shoes are super cute. I have a similar pair that I wear with skinny jeans and button up shirts for work. They also work well with flowy skirts and dresses, imo.
