yes. My first year in my new retirement location, I was invited to a Christmas party and turned up wearing the same sheer jacket over different sleeveless dresses as my hostess. We did not acknowledge it nor did anyone else. I felt bad because it was her party.

never has been mentioned. It was five years ago and I think in past friendships we would be laughing about it now, so I think my friend was embarrassed.

Yes.
But, I didn't care.
There are things to be concerned over that are MUCH more important!

I see guys here wearing jeans, boots and cowboy hats all the time, same as me. Just so embarrassing. Sometimes, even the same color plaid shirt. Horrors.

I do thrift shopping...so the chances of someone wearing the same outfit as me is VERY minimal...
However, I have been to conventions or events where someone had the same dress on..
I find it fun to see how they styled it.

Once.

My pool league team won the championship three years in a row and we had a formal banquet. Myself and a girl on my own team show up in the same top and similar pants so in the photos we look like twins. It was awful because they were black and white so we looked like the catering staff photobombing the trophy ceremony.

Yeah, I hate anything else someone has.

The last office I worked at three of us had the exact same blouse but only once did we all wear it on the same day. It was casual Friday so we were all wearing jeans also. It was actually pretty funny and everyone called us the triplets that day.
