This is a Photo of David Letterman and his Wife Regina. I have a friend who is wondering who design the Dresses that Dave Wife is wearing. I can't seem to find anything about it. I was wondering if anyone knew? or if anyone have an idea on who is or who may have been the designer of her dress?

Sorry, no idea.
I have to say the first one is most unattractive and unflattering.
The second one is lovely and fits and is flattering. Totally differing styles. The second one actually looks to me like ones that come up if you google evening wear. (this is not it but a similar style)wear
