My sleepwear in the summer is the same year round: Whatever I have on that day is what I sleep in
What if you wore jeans or a suit? I can't imagine sleeping in jeans although my son does it all the time. I don't want to feel that constricted when I'm sleeping.

I find my dream quality goes up significantly when I'm in sleep shirts. Part of the reason I figure is because I am not constricted. The other reason I figure is that a sleep shirt, especially a decorated one, activates a youthful creative state of mind.
Wait....you wear "boxers" and you get hot flashes?
BTW, I wear nothing - summer or winter - not since I was a teenager.
Yes I wear boxers even though i'm female I like to wash them a lot so they get soft really fast- they're light, comfy and have an extra "breezeway" built right in!!
it varies; pair of shorts, tshirt and shorts, tshirt and panties, chemise, sleepshirt, or just a pair of panties, but never naked. Ive got my eye on a poet's nightshirt that if i ever get the money for im grabbing it.
For those that don't wear anything, do you use any special kind of cool bed sheets like satin, cotton, etc.? Or do you go with flannel all year round?
How about you others that wear something?
Regular sheets, a/c set to 74, and box fan on low (tinnitus)
