What is the best cream for men against age spots on the backs of the hand and one that is also well worth the price?

A prescription will be your best bet (hyroquinone sp?) or TriLuma.

Outside of that I would use glycolic acid. I but a 30% solution from Amazon. That's pretty strong so when I started it I diluted it with lotion.

BEWARE: it is an acid and used in doctor's offices. Read up thoroughly before using.

That was my first thought, too. But I'm curious, are they truly the same thing?

Laser treatments beat creams, even prescription hydroquinone. But that cream is the best of the bunch cream-wise.

No cream is going to work as well as a chemical peel!! Go to your derm office ( or medical skin care place) and get a peel. They are not that much $$ and the downtime is very minimal.
