In which countries or cultures can men wear shorter shorts and not stand out? I prefer wearing shorter shorts when it's hot out because I feel much more comfortable

Like this length of shorts

I am a bit confused about your question. Are you planning to move someone based on your shorts preference, or is this for traveling?

Seeing that J. Crew is an American company, I would venture to guess the USA?

Actually the /in/ in the address indicates that you're going to be looking at a web page in India. But I wear 5" inseam shorts a fair bit here in the USA, weather permitting.

Yeah. I get what you are getting at.

If the OP wants to know where he can wear his short shorts, he can definitely do it with the utmost pride in West Hollywood or parts of San Francisco. But he'd probably want to avoid Lousiville Kentucky or parts of Alabama.

If you're wearing shorts that short, they should be running shorts, and you should be running.
