I have seen the women and girls doing the Cara Delevingne or Michelle Carter look, where they do the eyebrows way too thick that they look like caterpillars.
Because they copy the new trend and not everyone is very skilled in it and goes overboard. It can look ridiculous.
What I find worse is the Mexican trend in removing the eyebrows and painting them back on - but way higher up as they would be naturally, so they look like clowns
Fashion is cyclical. Many of us have naturally thicker eyebrows, so I, for one, am pleased with the trend. In my teens and early 20s, the thin, overplucked eyebrow look was in and I looked ridiculous. I still have to tweeze, but I don't feel embarrassed of my naturally thick eyebrows anymore.
They just want to follow the trends.. I'm guilty of it lol. Two years ago, I drew my eyebrows on super thick with a pencil for a few months and though it looked sooo good. Boy was I wrong. I look at past pictures and cringe.

I completely agree. People with overplucked and drawn in eyebrows appear mentally ill, or aggressive to me. And actually, they often are. It's amazing how many mugshots have that look. Ugly.
A generation ago it was called the Brooke Shields or Margaux Hemingway look. Pretty, in my opinion.
