I always put on spray deodorant and then stick and I carry underarm wipes with me so I stay fresh lol some find it weird and kind of too much but imo you can never do too much when it comes to your hygiene.

Have you thought about getting a prescription strength deodorant if you need to make that much effort to "stay fresh"?
Read many years ago to use deodorant soap on the known "stinky" parts of the body to kill the bacteria that causes the odor. Underarms, privates and feet are the areas I use deodorant soap on. I use scented body wash on the rest of my body.
Also, I detest stinky feet and shoes. Grew up with nephews and their father who loved the "guy" things that most women find tacky. They all had stinky shoes and feet. Ugh. So I always sprinkle anti-odor foot powder in all my shoes before wearing. Keeps them fresh.
I use unscented baby wipes, found in the baby aisle, for my personal wipes. I figure they gotta be safe for babies bottoms. They are also a lot less expensive than branded wipes for women's hygiene.

I mean I just spray and then use stick. The underarm wipes are for when I'm out and need to freshen up...don't think it's that much effort to need prescription strength.
Interesting tho I wasn't aware there was prescription strength deodorant

I'm with you there! Nothing worse than stinky feet. I make sure to always wear fresh socks, keep them clean and moisturizers and make sure to throw shoes out when worse for the wear.

I put on stick deodorant on in the morning, and it lasts me all day. I've never thought to freshen up throughout the day. I work with kids, so they would tell me if I smelled.

I use gel deodorant once a day. Sometimes I skip a day and still don't have any odor.
My daughter has noticed that once she uses a certain deodorant for a while, it quits working and she has to switch to something else. Maybe that's what you're experiencing and why you feel like you have to use so many products at once.

You are not "particular." You are paranoid. That's a different mental state.
