I'm going to have to throw the B.S. flag on this as if you Google Arnold Schwarzenegger posing for Mr. Olympia, it sure looks like a lot of "Girlie" manscaping going on there !

I like some arm pit hair, it can be attractive, but super hairy pits? Trim that mofo! What no one should have though, is hairy shoulders. Fellas, don't look like the dude in Alien 3
How is it even possible that a post about armpit hair on men could generate this much interest? I don’t know if I should be amused or disgusted. For thousands of years men have had hairy armpits and it’s now become a topic of discussion? WTH?
My husband doesn’t shave, but he keeps pit hair very short. He also manscapes his nether regions. He says it keeps him cooler and I really really appreciate the effort!
I take care of waxing his nose and ear hairs. Can’t stand seeing a bush growing out of men’s ears and nose! Don’t know why this happens to many older men!
Nothing sissy or dainty about my husband. He is rather hot for his age, not just my opinion, have been told by friends and can tell by the look he gets from other women. So glad he is totally monogamous and has eyes only for me!
Love it! Mine is the same way, not so much on the armpits but he keeps nether regions trimmed and well groomed nose and ears. Very picky about being clean cut. Each to their own, I guess.
I had several posts in Philosophy about natural and unnatural behavior. In thread about morals being product of society.
All this shaving business is a great example of un natural behavior. Humans naturally have hair where they have it. Each and single hair has its purpose and function or, naturally, it would have not been there, as nature does not like one thing - being wasteful.
So if hair is there - it should be there. Of course, this will reduce profits for no doubt multi billion shaving paraphernalia industry hence, image of shaved human, of any gender, is implemented as standard.
Oh, and by the way. HEALTHY human body does not produce foul odors. Even after day long work. Healthy sweat has rather peculiar musky scent. But definitely not like onions. On same note, there is nothing wrong with onions smell, them being, sam etime, one of the most healthy vegetables on the planet. Onions and garlic.

While I love the smell of onions and garlic when cooking... I can't say I love it when I smell it radiating off a human body.
In regards to body hair... I say do what you feel comfortable with. It's sad that women (especially) feel so pressured to remove nearly every single strand of hair from their body. The only reason body hair looks "gross" is because that's what we've been brainwashed to believe.

Brainwashed has become such a generalized term. Lets just say that's what "most" of society has become accustomed to accept what is "appropriate".
