Then, by your own admission, it's not an acceptable outfit at your workplace.
The clothing itself is fine, and technically the shoes would be too... it's just not recommended to wear open-toed shoes for safety reasons, especially if you work as a shelver/page (as they handle the actual books & carts more often than librarians).

I've never seen local librarians dressed down to that degree, but maybe San Francisco libraries differ?
Of course it will differ from one region to another, even between libraries within the same region. For example where I used to work (south of San Jose), they didn't allow jeans except on Fridays. But most of the other libraries I've worked in had no official dress code, aside from a generic guideline to dress in a professional manner. Some things are obvious, like not showing your belly or butt crack; but otherwise it's very open to interpretation, and most of us dress quite casually.
She's already confirmed she's a cocktail waitress. You all can stop guessing.
I think some of us long ago got the feeling we're being trolled, so we're just having a laugh with it all. I'm guessing cocktail waitress at a pool... hence the flip flops. The crowbar others pointed out is in case the patron attempts to swim away, sans tip. The racket is in case the tip falls into the deep end of the pool... fishing out money from chlorination is tough on blue or black tights, depending upon who you believe is not colorblind.
blue jersey wraparound, blue tights, black and white guy summer shoes.... what kind of a cocktail waitress is this?!?
I could believe the tights are black if I look at the bottom near the feet, but the top is clearly looking blue in the pic. But the OP said the tights are black, but didn't say the skirt/dress/whatever thing is, so navy blue with black tights and these shoes is making me cringe.
I've never seen a cocktail waitress wear shoes like that, unless it's poolside service (in which case they aren't wearing tights).

I believe those are just house shoes, not what the OP actually wears to work.
