Dr. Rajani goes on in the video to say that putting a flat thingie vertically & horizontally on your forehead would help to smooth out forehead & between-eyes wrinkles.

My hack: I use labels sometimes to do that. I don't think of them as smoothing out wrinkles, but more of a preventive measure to prevent unconscious brow furrowing. I use those paper labels you use for file labels. They're cheap and adhere pretty well.
