Bluejean outfits - stuff made out of bluejean material. Here's Finnish singer Chisu, who's no spring chicken, making an utter fool of herself, in a bluejean halter top, and awful bluejeans. And if that's not bad-enough, could those shoes be worse? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8MoSTkH5dA

Well, it's not the most flattering outfit for her. I'll give you that.

Oh, and D217, to answer your comment, below: It's not her best song. We like her music. But then, we like Klezmer, which is too "in the high range" for most people. And we like ultra-harsh Aggrotech bands like Hocico. So, our taste is not "normal". I just checked her bio, and Chisu is only 40!!!! Too many trips to the beach, I guess... I was going to say that she looks like our sons' various FWBs will look in 20 years. But she's only a few years older than the sons' FWBs (who, unlike Chisu, do not wear makeup).
Lol, GrandviewGloria ~ It's all in good fun with me here, I love music/fashion, and I can appreciate learning new things, even if it is not my particular style

And while I'm at it, beyond the white patent leather shoes, why would anyone pair bluejean fabric (I know the other words for the stuff, by the way) with makeup and skankynails? And why would her stylists think that a skeezy, shiny, little discount jewelry chain necklace goes with such a rustic fabric?
I haven't worn blue denim since age 18 (having had no source for better things, until then). But when I've worn white or brown denim, at rodeos, I've paired it with non-shiny jewelry: wood or shell or bone or unpolished stone. I don't wear makeup, and I certainly don't "git my nails did". But if I did, I'd scrub-off the paint, and clip the claws, before donning Carhartt or white painter's pants.

Kind of off topic I guess, but your mention of Klezmer reminded me that many years ago, our local public radio station played some Zydeco-Klezmer, and I really enjoyed it. I tried to Youtube Zydeco-Klezmer, with no luck, but now I'm listening to just straight up Klezmer, and I'm enjoying it. :-)
Oh my goodness. I love Klezmer music! I used to have several albums and cassettes by various artists and groups. Never heard of Zydeco-Klezmer, that would be amazing to listen to. Does this sound anything like what you listened to and liked?
