Bentonville Subdivision and School Question (Springdale, Centerton: chapel, new home, high school)

Hi guys. I posted a while back on possible areas to live. The lot we were looking at in Lochmoor Club was gobbled up by a local builder (along with another). So now we're looking at a lot in Chapel Hill and one in Hearthstone. We like Chap Hill a bit better but its assigned elem school, Sugar Creek, has a 5/10 rating. With all the hype with SW Bentonville, would Chapel Hill be a good choice? Our relo coordinator said Chapel Hill is a solid area. Any thoughts on Sugar Creek? Co workers have said there is a year-round and charter school option but both have lottery style entry criteria.

Any thoughts on Hearthstone? We like that area as well.

Final question and this is more of a "future if Bentonville" question. With the new high school coming to the Centerton area, ppl have commented that much of the "money" will go and the current Bentonville HS will be neglected in a way. Sort of like an avg school vs. a school with higher income families. Someone at work said it may be similar to Springdale. Not literally but similar in principle. Thanks!

Have you decided on a builder for your new home? We are going to build in Bentonville, but we do not have any thoughts on a builder yet. I am curious about the information you might have on the local builders. Thanks!
