Does anyone know of any reputable builders in the area. I see so many inexpensive lots for sale and I'm curious to know what a home costs to build there. Nothing fancy, just an ordinary home. Thanks

I am so sorry, I told you a couple of weeks ago I would get a name or two and I forgot. The one I do know is Oak Builders in Hawasse which is a small town right next to Bella Vista. I would check with the guy TWG recommends as well.

Good deal. They are good people. I am glad to hear it, as I honestly have no "price shopped" him. His wife and him treated me very well when I bought my property, and I was directed to him by one of his relatives that I have been friends with for years. To me, it was more about the person who I will be trusting to build my home, vs. the cost of it, but nonetheless I am very glad that the cost is in line!
