So I'm driving to Cottonwood today with my AC on, wearing a tank top and sandals, and on the raidio I hear the announcer say there will be snow at 6500 feet on Thurs. and then he goes on to mention something about 1000 feet....I was too shocked to hear if he said snow at 1000 feet, I highly doubt it though....gotta love AZ !

Not looking forward to it, but then again, I do a lot of work in the Timberline and Doney Park neighborhoods north of Flagstaff (the areas hit hardest by the aftermath of last summer's Schultz Fire) and get a bit uppity whenever there's the slightest hint of precipitation on the peaks.

I scraped a little ice off the windshield of my car before work this morning but nothing too serious. Flagstaff is supposed to see temperatures in the 60s and 70s starting next week.
